It's never been easier to go from your initial online search to moving into your new home. With our new electronic leasing process you can do everything without having to step foot into the office. Of course, our team will be there to help you along the way.

THE LIFESTYLE YOU DESERVE AT THE PRICE YOU CAN AFFORD
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not determined by your household income.
In order to qualify, your household's income must not exceed the limits set by the Portland Housing Bureau. The current income limits are:
